We are looking for Associates.
A. Render expert Staffing and Placement Services with due skill and proper care, maintaining the highest professional standard at all times
B. Source clients and liaise with them to generate Staffing and Placement Services business on continuous basis.
C. Source and provide personnel to Clients for their recruitment to various positions available/to be available from time to time
D. Thoroughly check the credentials of candidates in respect of educational qualifications, work experiences and certificates, communication skills, presentation skills, leadership qualities etc, and their suitability, before recommending them to the Client for placement
E. Coordinate with Client in the selection process to make it smooth and in a timely manner
F. Shall ensure collections of dues from clients well before the due time
G. Maintain high confidentiality of the placements, communications and any other matters related to staffing and placements services.
H. Agrees to uphold the highest ethical conduct and always act in the best interest of the Company.
I. Shall not provide false promises, deceptive advertising and marketing about the Company to clients.
J. Shall operate from their office, home from any location
